With My WPA
My WPA is the area of WPA's website created for members. Login to My WPA where you will find live chat as well as all the features of the WPA Health app.
Live chat gives our members the opportunity to chat with one of our expert team in real time, at their convenience while not having to make time for a phone call or wait for an email. It's never been easier for members to manage their membership and any ongoing claims.

Here's a selection of questions and answers that we've already helped our customers with.
At WPA we manage sensitive personal information, and we may need to communicate with you via email including details of your medical claims. As such, some of our e-mails are sent via your secure online account or via the WPA Health app.
Your customer number will be detailed on the documents issued upon joining your scheme. Alternatively, you can find this by signing in to your secure online account.
Your claim reference will be detailed on the authorisation letter/email issued when you started your claim. We can also send this to you by SMS if we have your mobile number. Alternatively, you can find this by signing in to your secure online account.
The easiest way to reset your account is to re-register with us. You can do this on the registration page.

Our Remote GP service includes a remote GP helpline, video consultations, private prescriptions, health information and onward specialist referral. You can use the WPA Health app to set up an appointment or you can login to your secure online account and obtain the Remote GP phone number to call their helpdesk.

The scheme is available to existing WPA members who introduce new members living in separate households. Up to five referrals can be made per household, per Policy/Scheme Year.
