Health & Wellbeing Helpline

Confidential support for WPA members is available all year round.

WPA Helplines are there for you

The Health and Wellbeing Helpline benefit is available for WPA members and their family member(s) to access. If you’re insured under your employer’s Group Scheme, you will know this benefit as the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Please note: the Health and Wellbeing Helpline/EAP is not available to family member(s) under 16 years of age.

If you are struggling in any way at all or just want to talk things through to see if there are ways of improving your resilience and wellbeing, please call the WPA Helplines (numbers are provided within the WPA Health app and your WPA literature). You have remote access to a team of counsellors, 24/7, 365 days a year. Benefit is provided by the WPA Helpline Provider which is a third party providing the 24/7 helpline subject to their terms and conditions, which may be amended from time to time.

This is an optional benefit on some schemes. Please check your benefit schedule for details.
