Account Executive

Permanent roles based in Taunton, Somerset, close to J25 of the M5.
Full time, part time and flexible working opportunities available.

The Business Development Team are responsible for supporting WPA’s new business service proposition to intermediaries and potential customers with an ultimate aim of generating and developing new business in line with WPA’s strategy.

Customer Advocate

Permanent roles based in Taunton, Somerset, close to J25 of the M5.
Full Time or flexible working patterns to match your personal circumstances.

As a Customer Advocate you will provide excellent customer service through a range of communication channels, to set up new claims and ensure that ongoing claims are updated.

Training

Working from our Head Office in Taunton, Somerset we have a highly qualified and well-trained workforce which we believe leads to greater professionalism and better outcomes for our members, as well as a happy team.

However, information technology, the availability of new medical treatments, and external regulation are all rapidly changing. This means that there will always be opportunities to learn new things, to be creative, and to keep WPA at the very forefront of our Industry, whilst also expanding your CV and developing as an individual. We will invest in you, be that through on-the-job training, external courses or through sponsoring you to obtain a professional qualification.
