Assurance Expert

Permanent role based in Taunton, Somerset, close to J25 of the M5.
Full time, 37 hours per week.

The role is as an assurance expert helping to build our new assurance team, working in an open business culture of reflection and improvement, and at a business scale where you can have a real impact.

Customer Support Officer (CSO)

Permanent roles based in Taunton, Somerset, close to J25 of the M5.
Full-time (37 hours per week)

A Customer Support Officer is the first point of contact for all customers enquiries and is predominately a telephone-based role dealing with a high volume of inbound calls.

Franchise opportunity - become a WPA Healthcare Partner

Various roles based throughout the UK.
Full-time, flexible working hours to match your personal circumstances.

As a WPA Healthcare Partner you will sell and advise on WPA Health Insurance products building up your own franchise business.

Training

Working from our Head Office in Taunton, Somerset we have a highly qualified and well-trained workforce which we believe leads to greater professionalism and better outcomes for our members, as well as a happy team.

However, information technology, the availability of new medical treatments, and external regulation are all rapidly changing. This means that there will always be opportunities to learn new things, to be creative, and to keep WPA at the very forefront of our Industry, whilst also expanding your CV and developing as an individual. We will invest in you, be that through on-the-job training, external courses or through sponsoring you to obtain a professional qualification.
