Living Wage Employer

WPA is a Living Wage employer

A living wage employer ensures that employees aged 18 and over, except those on apprenticeships, are paid at least the living wage. We also agree to increase the amount which we pay to employees by the same amount as any increase in the living wage within six months of the date of the official announcement.

Training

Working from our Head Office in Taunton, Somerset we have a highly qualified and well-trained workforce which we believe leads to greater professionalism and better outcomes for our members, as well as a happy team.

However, information technology, the availability of new medical treatments, and external regulation are all rapidly changing. This means that there will always be opportunities to learn new things, to be creative, and to keep WPA at the very forefront of our Industry, whilst also expanding your CV and developing as an individual. We will invest in you, be that through on-the-job training, external courses or through sponsoring you to obtain a professional qualification.

At WPA we believe in providing numerous opportunities for long-term career development. To support this, wherever possible, we promote all vacancies internally in the first instance.
