WPA Launches Nutrition Focus for Q1 2026

Running from January to March, this section of the campaign will offer practical guidance and sustainable habits to help people build long-term routines that boost concentration, balance mood and strengthen immunity while supporting energy and resilience at work and home. WPA highlights that small, achievable changes often outlast New Year's resolutions and can make a meaningful difference to wellbeing and productivity.

The Nutrition Focus will provide expert tips, articles and resources to help individuals maintain attention, stabilise mood and sustain energy throughout the day, demonstrating that healthy choices need not be complicated. Nutrition is the first of four quarterly themes, followed by wellbeing, fitness and community.
