All our members are free to choose where, when and who provides them with treatment.

In the UK, we benefit from one of the best healthcare systems in the world. But sometimes you need more, like avoiding long waiting lists for surgery or getting access to cancer treatments not readily available on the NHS. You want the freedom to choose what's best for you. Some health insurers limit where, when and who can treat you. We believe that's wrong. It's your health, so you should be in control.

WPA provides an extensive choice of over 1,000 hospitals, clinics and scanning centres across the UK - including large private hospital groups, independent private hospitals and clinics and private wings of NHS hospitals.

Easy to claim

Everyone hopes they'll never need to use their health insurance. But should the worst happen, and you need to make a claim, you expect your insurance provider to be there for you. When you buy our health insurance, you buy our promise that we'll deliver.

With our WPA Health app claiming has never been easier. Customers can make a Health Insurance claim and receive an instant decision - a first in the UK Health Insurance market.

Customers rate our service as 5 star, with an average rating of 4.8 out of 5.

Data recorded between 1st July 2022 and 30th June 2023. 16,614 responses received.
