The insurer came out on top, among a long list of outstanding nominees, in the Private Healthcare Provider of the Year category at the Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards 2026, in London.
The award comes as additional recognition within the industry of the service WPA provides to over 470,000 members, comprised of individual policyholders and families, to employees of both small and large businesses. It also feels like just reward for WPA's customer service teams for the care, expertise and dedication they bring every single day.
This latest award comes directly off the back of winning Best Private Medical Insurance Provider at the 2025 Moneyfacts awards and adds to WPA's other achievements over the past year, including continuing to lead the UK health insurance market on Trustpilot, with an 'Excellent' 4.7 out of 5 TrustScore, and holding the top spot in the latest health insurance survey by Which? in April 2025, scoring highest across both Claims and Customer Satisfaction.
