Fast Track Pathways
From the 1st of November 2025, many WPA members will have access to three Fast Track Pathways; Fast Track Physiotherapy, Fast Track Skin Support and Fast Track Cancer Diagnosis - all designed to provide expert care, without the traditional delays of GP referrals and wait times.
Musculoskeletal (MSK) issues are one of the UK's most common health concerns, affecting around 20 million people. Through WPA's partnership with Ascenti, members can access same-day physiotherapy appointments in person or virtually.
Members will receive an initial assessment and up to four follow-up sessions, along with personalised digital exercise plans through the Ascenti app to support recovery long after the clinic visit. It's a seamless way to get moving again and feel more like yourself, sooner.
Skin concerns are the second most common reason people visit their GP. However, WPA members can skip that wait altogether.
They can simply upload photos online, and a consultant dermatologist will review them within three working days. They'll then receive a diagnosis or treatment advice, often saving weeks of uncertainty.
The Fast Track Cancer Diagnosis pathway ensures members experiencing symptoms related to breast, prostate, or skin cancer are seen quickly by a specialist.
Diagnostic tests can be arranged at the first appointment, and if further treatment is needed, members will be able to access their other policy benefits, simply and quickly. It's care designed for clarity and peace of mind.
