WPA win Best Contact Centre Culture award

WPA was victorious, among a host of outstanding nominees, for the Best Contact Centre Culture award at the South West Contact Centre Forum awards 2025, in Bristol. The WPA Customer Helpdesk Team, working six days a week to help retail and corporate customers alike, were nominated for the award based on the exceptional culture created amongst the team.

They then had to showcase to the judges that WPA is a great place to work, with a strong focus on people, promoting health and wellbeing, learning opportunities, career progression, an engaging work environment, great diversity and inclusion practices, with reward and recognition for those who help create a real sense of community.

The WPA Customer Helpdesk Team interacts with all of WPA's customers, from individual policyholders and families to both small and large businesses, and were able to demonstrate that by creating a great culture in the workplace, they are then best placed to deliver excellent customer service.

The hard work of the team maintains WPA's "Excellent" Trustpilot rating and contributes to the insurer's status as the only Which? recommended UK health insurer for two years running.
