WPA is celebrating a remarkable triple success at the South West Contact Centre Awards 2026, with its Customer Helpdesks named Contact Centre of the Year and Best Contact Centre Culture, with Ellie Bentley recognised as Customer Service Agent of the Year.
The awards recognise the dedication, professionalism and customer-first approach demonstrated by teams across WPA's Customer Helpdesks, as well as the supportive culture that empowers teams to deliver exceptional service.
Zoe Burne, General Manager of WPA's Customer Helpdesk Team, said: "We are incredibly proud to have been recognised with three awards at this year's South West Contact Centre Awards. These achievements are a powerful reflection of the care, commitment and professionalism that the team bring to every customer interaction. Our culture is built on creating an environment where colleagues feel supported, valued and empowered to deliver their best. At WPA, service is not just a function; it is central to who we are. Our teams are obsessed with doing the right thing for customers and treating others as we would want to be treated ourselves. To see that culture recognised externally is a wonderful moment for everyone involved."
The Contact Centre of the Year and Best Contact Centre Culture awards recognise the collective strength of WPA's Customer Helpdesks and the wider business culture that enables colleagues to provide positive experiences for customers every day.
Meanwhile, Ellie Bentley's Customer Service Agent of the Year award highlights her commitment to delivering outstanding service and supporting customers when they need it most.
The triple success reinforces WPA's long-standing reputation of putting members health first!
