WPA launch an exclusive video series with Somerset County Cricket Club players

WPA and Somerset Country Cricket Club have joined forces once again to produce a series of videos on a range of mental health topics. Sharing their personal experiences, these videos contain brand new and exclusive content from a number of SCCC first team players, focusing on the mental health challenges that come with playing professional sport and their techniques for managing them.
The first video features Tom Lammonby, a young all-rounder for Somerset. In this interview he talks about the pressures and mental challenges he has encountered so far in his career. He also discusses his personal coping mechanisms that have enabled him to excel at the highest level.
