Our people are highly trained, knowledgeable and passionate about helping our members when they need us. We are all trained first and foremost to listen, and most of all, to care. We believe in treating others as we would wish to be treated ourselves. If we can help, we will.
Having spent 6 years in our Centre of Clinical Excellence team, I've seen just how much trust our members place in me as their case manager, and in WPA as their insurer, when it comes to their health and the long-term wellbeing of themselves and their families. Some of the cases I support can be incredibly tough for everyone involved, but I go to work each day feeling truly fulfilled, knowing we're doing everything we possibly can for every single customer we speak to.
I have been part of our Customer Helpdesk team for 2 years, and I have enjoyed every moment! Whether it is by email, phone, WhatsApp, live chat or through the WPA app, we find the most convenient way of helping each and every member that gets in touch. They know they can trust us to provide an excellent level of customer service at a time and by a method that suits them.
Managing our Centre of Clinical Excellence team for 4 years now has been such a rewarding and fulfilling experience. I work with a team of amazing case managers who are finding solutions every day to the complex conditions and issues our members face. We put all our trust in each other to keep every WPA member's best interests at heart, and as a result we provide an excellent level of customer service that our members can trust.
