Full-time permanent role, 37 hours per week.
The role
The purpose of the role is to manage end to end recruitment across a diverse range of roles that enables exceptional healthcare and experience to our members. You'll be responsible for managing each stage of the candidate journey, from sourcing top talent to ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience and working closely with hiring managers to help shape recruitment strategies that attract value-driven people who want to make a real difference here at WPA. Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the business.
- Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates using a variety of channels.
- Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs to deliver recruitment solutions that attract the right talent and support long-term retention.
- Promote the company brand and employee value to attract the best talent and create an inclusive and engaging candidate experience aligned with our healthcare values.
- Coordinate and attend interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare and issue contracts of employment and offer documentation.
- Oversee pre-employment checks, ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding processes.
- Continuously improve candidate experience and recruitment processes, influencing how we grow and sourcing top-talent in a competitive market.
What can you bring to WPA?
You will have previous recruitment experience (in-house or agency) and bring a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. Alongside your experience, you demonstrate genuine passion for people and talent, approaching your work with enthusiasm, energy and a positive mindset. You take pride in delivering a professional and engaging experience at every stage of the candidate journey, building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Experience within healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments is desirable but not essential. You'll bring heart, commitment and a high level of integrity to everything you do and be supported by a team that share these core attributes alike.
