We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Clinical Case Manager within our Centre for Clinical Excellence team, who will be responsible for:

  • Providing front-line support to patients, specialists and medical secretaries via phone and email;
  • Helping to manage complex medical claims which can be challenging in nature and need to be processed with intricate detail;
  • Working closely with practising surgeons in both the NHS and private sectors in a wide range of medical specialities.

What can you bring to WPA?

As a Senior Clinical Case Manager, you will have exceptional proven customer service skills or patient care skills with the ability to adapt, support and be empathetic towards our customers. We are keen to hear from you if you have:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grade C/Level 5 or above, which should include Maths and English. In addition, one of these 5 must also be either, Biology or a Double/Triple Science award, as well as a relevant medical qualification or significant external medical experience in the Healthcare industry;
  • Proven experience of working at a senior level, ideally in a fast paced and regulated environment;
  • A good all-round basic understanding of key medical principles;
  • Willingness to act as front-line support to our customers and bring all the personal qualities required to liaise with our customers professionally and have the ability to describe medical terms in a meaningful way to our customers;
  • Proven track record of being a team player and making a difference to people;
  • A passion for continual improvement from both a business and personal perspective.
