The role
We are seeking a Partnership Development Manager to help identify, develop, and manage strategic distribution opportunities that expand our sales channels and strengthen both our intermediary network and our product proposition. This role is central to driving growth through high-value partnerships and ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders.
In this role, you will focus on identifying strategic partners with the scale and alignment to introduce our products to their customer base, expanding our intermediary distribution footprint, and sourcing value-added service providers that enhance our proposition. While you will inherit a number of existing relationships, the role also carries a strong emphasis on generating new opportunities in key growth areas.

- A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
- A collaborative team player - success in this role requires close coordination across multiple business areas.
- Highly self-motivated with the discipline to operate effectively as a field-based professional.
- Previous financial services and/or UK health insurance experience is advantageous but not essential.
- A full UK driving licence.
Additional Information:
- The role is based in Taunton, Somerset for an initial training period, during which you will be required in the office five days a week. Accommodation will be provided.
- Following training, the position becomes field-based, with an expectation of attending the Taunton office at least once per month.
- Travel throughout the UK will be required to meet with prospective partners.
