Due to our ongoing success and continued growth, we currently have a vacancy for a Customer Support Officer - Reception/Switchboard and Image Management to undertake a combination of duties:

  • Welcome and assist all visitors to our premises ensuring that all appropriate security checks are undertaken.

  • Answering switchboard calls in a supportive and timely manner.

  • Undertake administrative tasks to support the business, including checking and prioritising incoming customer emails, preparing post to scan, scanning post and/or quality checking outgoing correspondence.
