Your staff don’t have to be ill to benefit from our NHS Top-Up Corporate cash plan - they can benefit from cash towards everyday healthcare costs. Three levels of cover and the option to add additional benefits puts you in control of tailoring the right plan for your staff and business needs.

Cash benefits

75% or 100% reimbursement available for each invoice received
Routine dental treatment (check-ups, scale and polish, x-rays, fillings and hygienist).
Optical Eye tests and prescription glasses, contact lenses, prescription sunglasses and laser eye surgery.
Therapy Physiotherapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, chiropractic care, homeopathy, chiropody or podiatry.
Specialist consultations A specialist consultation or 2nd opinion – giving peace of mind that a proposed treatment is right for you.
GP services Private GP consultation(s), diagnostic tests, vaccinations and prescription charges.

Reimbursement amount This is the percentage of eligible treatment costs we will reimburse, up to the annual benefit limit of the benefits marked above.

Scans and screens A choice of a health screen (e.g. well man or well woman check) or benefit towards an MRI/CT scan or ultrasound if arranged by a specialist. We will only cover the cost of 1 health screen every 2 consecutive Corporate Cash Plan years.

mycancerdrugs Up to £50,000 per person per lifetime for Targeted/Biological Therapies not available on the NHS; this benefit includes the drugs and the cost of administering these. Benefit will be removed at the renewal following a Corporate Cash Plan member’s 66th birthday.

Essential European Cover Supplementary EHIC cover up to £100,000 when in the European Economic Area (EEA) including Switzerland and Norway. Cover includes air ambulance (where medically necessary), hospital costs, x-rays, GP fees and 24/7 international telephone support.

Cosmetic Surgery Reconstructive plastic surgery to upper body (arms, face, neck and breasts) following an accident or injury.

Dental Injuries Restorative dental treatment needed as a result of an external blow to the face, teeth or jaw. To claim, Corporate Cash Plan members must visit an A&E department (and call WPA) within 72 hours of the injury.

Personal Accident A cash sum if a Corporate Cash Plan member has an accident or injury leading to the loss of sight, loss of a limb or the loss of the use of a limb.

Face to Face Counselling Confidential counselling over the phone on personal issues and, where clinically appropriate, onward referral to face to face counselling services. Available 24/7.

Allergy Testing Tests for allergic reactions or food intolerances when performed by an Allergist who holds appropriate medical qualifications.

Premiums quoted include Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) at XX%. This is subject to change should the level of tax change.

What isn't covered

As you’d expect, some circumstances won’t be covered in your plan. For example:

  • Any claims submitted more than 6 months after the treatment took place.
  • Treatment for allergic conditions.
  • Long term (chronic) conditions.
  • Injuries sustained through winter sports.
  • Childbirth, fertility or neonatal treatment (except new baby benefit).
  • Psychiatric conditions (except 24/7 helpline).
