A fresh approach to healthcare

Whether designing your Company Scheme from scratch, or transferring from another insurer, we aim to be able to match your objectives and requirements as closely as possible so you have precisely what you want and need.

Precision Corporate Healthcare offers health insurance, Cash Plan and dental benefits. Traditionally these were separate products - they can now be rolled into one, thereby offering a tailored and flexible healthcare package. An extensive range of benefits enables you to create a healthcare scheme that's tailored to your company's budget and your business requirements.

Helping you to build your cover

Precision Corporate Healthcare allows single or multiple categories of cover and we will work with you to create a company scheme that fits your company's needs.

Choose your 'base' cover

Health insurance, Cash Plan or a mixture of the two. Health insurance offers peace of mind in the event of an illness or injury. Cash Plans offer a lower cost option that complement the NHS by providing cashback towards everyday healthcare costs.

Add Optional Extras

For example, mental health treatment, out-patient and Cash Plan benefits can be added to health insurance; health screening, GP charges and NHS car parking can be added to a Cash Plan or health insurance.

Add Health & Wellbeing

An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) can be added, together with structured counselling if required.

Manage your premium

Manage your premium with the various options available such as Shared Responsibility, Excess and Group Deductible.

Remote GP Services benefit is included with all Precision Corporate Healthcare Company Schemes, at no additional charge, regardless of your chosen 'base' cover.

Value with a Group Deductible

WPA's Group Deductible is an intelligent way to fund your company's health insurance Scheme. It will reduce your costs but not your benefits with no additional risk.

With the Group Deductible option, your premium is split into two:

  • 30% covers the first 30% of claims received (“the deductible”).
  • 70% pays for the unknown risk (the insurance premium).

By choosing to pay your premium in this way, you reduce the overall cost to your company. This guaranteed saving enables you to use your money more efficiently. What's more, in the event that claims are less than the 30% deductible, you get this back as a rebate.

A transparent approach to data

Until now, it's been difficult to understand how often staff use their healthcare benefits. Health insurers haven't always been willing to share data, making it difficult for companies to understand the value of their benefits.

You can now benefit from a level of transparency and clarity unheard of in the insurance industry.

Gain insight into exactly how your Company Scheme is being used, what is driving premium increases and, ultimately, model your Company Scheme to best fit your business needs.
