The role

Our business is growing year on year and we currently have vacancies for Interim Customer Support Officers to:

  • Deliver exceptional first line claim and treatment support by processing customer claim or treatment requests that are submitted by telephone;
  • Enhance WPA’s customer experience through a Customer Helpdesk Facility;
  • Act with empathy and compassion towards our customers, assisting them at their time of need, often dealing with sensitive and confidential work.
