The role

We currently have a vacancy for a Clinical Support Adviser within our Centre of Clinical Excellence team:

  • providing first line telephone support to our customers, their Consultants and medical secretaries;
  • managing complex medical claims, which need to be processed with intricate detail;
  • acting with empathy and compassion towards our customers at their time of need;
  • working closely with WPA’s Chief Medical Officer and our team of supporting medical experts.
