See what our colleagues
have to say about working
at WPA

I came to WPA straight after completing college in 2013. I joined the company as a modern apprentice and have since been given the opportunity to progress through different roles within the company in order to become an Executive Assistant. I have been offered numerous training opportunities since joining WPA and have been able to expand my knowledge in a wide variety of areas.

I personally believe that WPA is a fantastic company to work for; all colleagues are friendly and happy to help whenever you may need assistance.

I came to WPA when I moved to the area after finishing my degree. The people at WPA are so kind and welcoming, and we are given opportunities to spend time as a group outside of work doing team building activities or going for meals together.

The training I have received has really helped me understand all parts of the business which helps me with my day to day work. I have been given the opportunity to do my CII Insurance qualifications which WPA are kindly funding for me. This has put me in a great position to be able to progress in my career with WPA

I was employed by WPA shortly after my graduation and during my 17 years of employment I have been fortunate enough to have been involved within most areas of the WPA business.

My current role as an Account Director means I have the opportunity to work with many different people, within different roles and at different companies. I can honestly say that these companies have nothing on WPA and the people who I work with. I consider myself to be very lucky

When I started to work for WPA, I was new to the area and did not know anyone. As there were a few new staff at that time my department arranged a team building day out. It was great fun and enabled me to build great working relationships with my new team.

The team were so supportive during training and made me feel very welcome. Feeling comfortable and supported has helped hugely with confidence and gaining knowledge and experience within the job, and I have now been encouraged to develop my career further, and WPA are funding my CII Insurance qualifications
