Corporate Providental - What is Shared Responsibility?

- You agree to pay 25% of all eligible claims (within benefit limits) for treatment until you have reached your maximum annual limit of £500;
- WPA will pay up to 75% of all eligible claims;
- Your contribution (ie 25% of each eligible claim) will be deducted from your maximum annual limit;
- Once your contributions total £500 within one plan year, WPA will pay 100% of all eligible claims in line with the rules of the plan until your next plan year starts;
- Each benefit has an annual limit which will be reimbursed in any year, eg. you can claim up to £250 for General Dental Treatment.
