Making a dental insurance claim is simple

Visit your dentist for treatment, pay the dentist and get a receipt |

Download a personalised claim form at wpa.org.uk/claim |

Post the claim form to us with the original receipt attached |
For even faster payment, provide us with your bank details and we can pay your claim directly into your bank account - quicker, cheaper and easier than posting a cheque to you for you to bank.
Remember to check your plan before visiting the dentist as some benefits have qualifying periods that must be reached before benefit will be paid.
For some benefits we will reimburse up to 75% of the total claim (routine treatment (level 2 only) and dental emergencies). E.g. if you submit an eligible claim for £100 we will pay £75.
