All benefits are per person per year with the exception of mycancerdrugs which is a lifetime benefit.
Mycancerdrugs is available until your 66th birthday.
Children covered free
Up to 5 child family members (under the age of 18) are covered free on this plan. They will receive the benefit amounts shown to share between them.
