Our standards of service are that we will Process properly presented claims within 7 working days. We promise that we will never cancel your plan or raise your premiums on the grounds that you have made too many claims.
Claims
You need to notify us of a claim before you receive any treatment. Please contact us through our website or by phoning us. To complement our Private Medical Insurance offering, we also provide Private Health Insurance and Dental Insurance at competitive rates.
