Our Customer Support Officers are great at talking and listening to our customers. We treat customers as we would want to be treated ourselves. This is why WPA has a reputation as a health insurer that offers a quality of service that’s second to none.
You will act as a main point of contact for our customers, answering their telephone calls and handling the general administration of their policies, all whilst receiving the appropriate training and support to deliver this role.
You will understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service, but actual experience is not essential as we will teach you all you need to know. However, attitude is everything.
